Job Description:
the candidate will work to maintain, install, document and customize the mainframe operating system and installed software. The candidate will be required to diagnose system and performance problems, execute configuration changes, implement vendor supplied software and work on project related tasks.
Technical Delivery:
• Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide technical support to clients and other clients service lines.
- Perform z/OS systems programming activities and coordinate project resources needed to complete software maintenance and installation schedules.
- Ensure software is operating at supported and optimized levels.
- Work with z/OS administrators to analyze and resolve root cause issues.
- Provide on-call support as required for products supported by the team.
