Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Mainframe & COBOL Developer with over 5 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and modernizing enterprise-level IBM Mainframe applications. The candidate should have deep expertise in MF Batch Processing, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS and be capable of analyzing complex business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high system performance and reliability. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain COBOL-based applications on IBM Mainframe (z/OS). Write, modify, and optimize JCL scripts for batch processing. Work extensively with DB2, IMS, and VSAM for data storage and retrieval. Develop and maintain CICS transaction processing applications.
