Job Description
Support individuals and families as a Psychosocial Program Specialist with Shared Health. This in-person position in Winnipeg focuses on psychosocial support for those accessing MAID services.
Reporting to the Nursing Transformation & Engagement Lead, the MAID Psychosocial Program Specialist collaborates with the Provincial MAID Clinical Services Team. You will mobilize resources to assist individuals and families dealing with grief and bereavement. Providing direct clinical services, you will focus on promoting excellence in the psychosocial aspects of MAID through education and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and mobilize resources for MAID services
• Provide clinical support and consultation in MAID
• Promote psychosocial support through education activities
