As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Member Support Department supporting daily financial transactions and member inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

+ Assist members with financial transactions in a courteous and professional manner.
+ Disburse funds by cash, check, or transfer, and accurately record each transaction into the credit union’s data processing system.
