This is a 20‑hour, permanent position covering Monday to Friday. The Macmillan Information and Support Assistant will be based front‑of‑house in the Centre to triage enquiries, provide personalised information and support about cancer services, and help people navigate the health and social care system.

The post holder will supervise and guide volunteers in the absence of the MCIM and advisor, demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, and act autonomously in managing emotive and complex situations.
