Job Description
Drive excellence in operator training with MacLean Engineering as a Training Specialist. Your role will involve hands-on commissioning and developing training materials for mine site operators.
As a Training Specialist, you will provide essential training to enhance operational efficiency while creating manuals, tests, and aids tailored to equipment use. You will work with various technical teams to ensure all training resources are updated and relevant, identifying issues, and advising on improvements in operations and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs for operators
• Document training processes and maintain records
