Job Description
- Oversee, train, and coordinate the daily activities of staff in the Machining Department. (Onboard and off-shore)
- Maintain the wellbeing and safety of staff for projects
- Ensure all ISO requirements are met
- Facilitate efficient operations, track timelines, progress, and ensure that projects are within budget.
- Occasionally conduct personal inspections and troubleshooting of ships and offshore vessels and providing technical support to customers.
- Develop and foster new business opportunities with clients in the region.
