**Job Title: Machine Set-Up/Operator**

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the shift.
+ Set-Up machine to prepare for production runs
+ Operate and ensure machine is running correctly
+ Perform packing tasks as needed to support production and shipping schedules.
+ Follow detailed instructions from adjusters and supervisors to support machine setup and operation.
+ Work alongside other adjusters and team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
+ Use basic hand tools and demonstrate mechanical aptitude when assisting with machine adjustments or minor tasks.
+ Monitor work for accuracy and quality, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
+ Perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting, throughout the shift.
