**Job Description**
This role offers the opportunity to work in either the Assembly or Machine Operating department within a CNC mechanical machine shop. Depending on your background and experience, you will either assemble machined parts by following detailed work instructions or operate CNC machinery to produce precision components. The department assignment will be determined after the interview to best align with your skills and experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble machined parts accurately by following detailed work instructions specific to each product.
+ Operate CNC machinery to produce machined parts according to production requirements and quality standards.
+ Set up machines as needed, including preparing tools, fixtures, and materials for production runs.
+ Use hand tools and other basic equipment safely and effectively during assembly and production tasks.
