As a Machine Operator Trainee, you will train in the production area of a copper manufacturing facility, working closely with experienced operators to learn all aspects of machine operation and production processes. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment and prepares you to take on full machine operator responsibilities over time.
**Responsibilities**
+ Train alongside experienced machine operators to learn all facets of copper production and machine operation.
+ Operate, monitor, and assist with production machinery under supervision, following established procedures and safety protocols.
+ Perform general labor tasks in the production area, including material handling and basic equipment support.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area despite ongoing construction activities elsewhere in the facility.
