As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of heavy hydraulic equipment used to manufacture steel railroad components, including track panels, anchors, and axles. **Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate hydraulic press equipment, CNC machines, lathes, or grinders to forge or package railroad anchors and other components.
+ Monitor machine operations to detect workpiece defects and make necessary adjustments to improve performance and meet customer specifications.
+ Perform routine and minor maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot issues to anticipate and correct quality problems.
