This position supports an advanced manufacturing organization that specializes in high-performance composite solutions for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. You will set up and operate CNC machinery, ensuring all parts meet strict quality, safety, and efficiency standards while working with complex components and modern equipment in a clean, structured production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Plan machining operations by reviewing work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, reference planes, and machining parameters, and by interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
+ Set up CNC mills and lathes by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and pushers.
+ Load feed mechanisms by lifting and positioning stock accurately and safely.
