Job Description
**Position:** Machine Operator / Milling – Multiple Openings
**Location:** East Longmeadow, MA
**Company:** Stanley Black & Decker
**Pay:** $22.00 per hour
**Schedules Available**
+ Overnight Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM
+ Some positions offer four-day workweeks
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate milling equipment to precise tolerances
+ Verify coils and review previous operation records
+ Replace cutting tools as needed
+ Handle SAP transactions and production documentation
+ Perform quality inspections; record results on production charts
+ Assist with inventory cycle counts
+ Cross-train in the Hot Punch area
+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe equipment/work areas
+ Report material defects, equipment malfunctions, or discrepancies
+ Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
