Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Carry out first-piece inspection on cutting/ machining process and marks 'FC' on the unit that passes inspection.
- Report to Shop Superintendent if first-piece inspection fails.
- Record inspection result on Works Sheet.
- Label 'QC Rejected' on the unit that fails first-piece inspection.
- Work in a safe manner and according to safety standards and regulations.
- Oversee the works of machine operators/ machinists (for Section Leader only).
- To ensure that ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & AS 9100 standard and procedure are carried out accordingly
- Secondary School Education/N level / O level
- Able to work with people of all level
- Able to understand simple English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as team player
