Machine Operator
Location: Willitoft (own transport required due to location)
Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm
Hourly rate negotiable (up to £16 per hour after probation)
About the Role
We're recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves operating fully automated packing machinery, supporting production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating fully automated packing machinery
- Monitoring production to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Handling materials, including lifting and carrying heavy bags
- Supporting general production and operational activities
Working Environment
- Industrial setting that can be dusty and noisy
