**Job Description**
This role operates slitter and coating machines to manufacture adhesive tapes for the automotive industry. You will set up and run production equipment, monitor the process from large tape rolls to finished mini rolls, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards in a clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility. This position is a 2nd shift, 2p - 10p, Monday - Friday.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, operate, and monitor slitter and coating machines to produce adhesive tapes according to work instructions.
+ Load and remove cores and mini rolls safely and efficiently from production equipment.
+ Inspect tape rolls for quality, identify defects, and ensure products meet specified standards.
+ Pack tape rolls accurately, including prepping and sealing cartons and stacking them on pallets.
