Job Description
**Machine Operator Position I Start Immediately I $20.50 - $22.50/Hour I weekly Pay!**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Operate production machinery, including mixers and tortilla production lines, safely and efficiently
+ Setup the machine at the start of each shift and verify proper operation
+ Troubleshoot and report any issues to maintain continuous production flow
+ Replace mesh and Teflon belts as needed
+ Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications for size, weight, and quality
+ Verify recipes and system settings during changeovers using the Plex ERP system
+ Complete production documentation accurately and enter data into system applications
+ Monitor and record production waste and report discrepancies
Pay and Schedule
+ 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
+ 1st shift: M - F 6am - 2:30pm
+ Pay: $20.50–$22.50 per hour
