**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Pay:** $21/hr
**Schedule:** 2-3-2 rotation
+ 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (days)
+ 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (nights)

**Overview**
Hiring machine operators for an assembly and production environment. This role involves running equipment and assembling components to meet production and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and monitor production machinery
+ Assemble battery pack components following work instructions
+ Install modules, busbars, and wiring/harnesses
+ Perform torque checks and fastening verification
+ Conduct in-process and final quality inspections
+ Support line changeovers and equipment setup
+ Assist with production startup and shutdown
+ Maintain production standards and follow safety procedures
