Responsibilities:
- Observe all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lock-out/Tag-out, Life-Saving Rules, and housekeeping practices.
- Proactively communicate and address safety concerns.
- Participate in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits.
- Work and cooperate well on a team to ensure team objectives are met.
- Set-up, operate, and clean production equipment following prescribed manufacturing processes.
- Move raw materials and finished products to proper locations. Enter production data into database, forms, logs, and SAP accurately, clearly, and completely.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and correct root causes and minimize scrap when problems arise.
