**Job Description**
This role operates production machinery in a small manufacturing facility that produces bubble wrap and reflective wrap used in construction and packaging applications. You load bulk materials, monitor and adjust machine settings, and use basic measuring instruments to ensure products meet specifications while maintaining a clean and safe work area in a hot production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manually load bulk material into production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to speed and temperature settings to maintain consistent product quality.
+ Use a thickness gauge and other basic quality instruments to verify that products meet client specifications.
+ Follow work instructions and production guidelines to ensure consistent output and minimize waste.
