**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Hastings NE 68901

**Work Schedule:** **Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM** | Overtime available on Fridays

**Pay Rate:** $21.25/hr base + night shift differential

**Qualifications:**
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment preferred
• Experience operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills preferred
• Ability to operate machines and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair processes
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
