Tools of the Trade (Requirements and Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC Machine Lathe and Mill experience
- Mechanical instincts — you know when something’s off
- Detail counts — quality is everything
- Able to use measuring equipment
- Strong enough for lifting and long shifts
- Reliable teammate who puts safety first
- Bonus: Ability to read blueprints
