- Operate die casting and molding machines to produce precision metal components.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently.
- Perform visual inspections of castings and molded products to identify defects such as excessive flash, surface imperfections, and other quality concerns.
- Gather first-off pieces after machine setup and deliver them to the Quality team for inspection.
- Ensure assigned machines are operating properly and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Maintain production quality standards by following established work instructions and procedures.
- Handle, move, and transport raw materials and finished products throughout the production area.
