**Machine Operator – Start Immediately**
$20.50–$22.50/hr | Weekly Pay | 3rd Shift

+ Operate production machinery, including mixers and tortilla production lines, safely and efficiently
+ Start up equipment at the beginning of each shift and verify proper operation
+ Troubleshoot and report any issues to maintain continuous production flow
+ Replace mesh and Teflon belts as needed
+ Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications for size, weight, and quality
+ Verify recipes and system settings during changeovers using the Plex ERP system
