Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Monitor machine operations in real time to detect anomalies and make immediate adjustments to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production flow.
- Document production data, including quantities produced and machine performance metrics, for quality control and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machine operation or related fields are a significant advantage.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and tools, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
