This role operates a high-volume packaging machine within a GMP-compliant food production environment. The Machine Operator loads food products into a large packaging machine, monitors its performance, and oversees a small team of packers to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate packaging operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a large food packaging machine in a GMP food production environment, following established procedures and safety standards.
+ Load food products into the packaging machine accurately and efficiently to maintain consistent production flow.
+ Oversee and coordinate the work of 2–4 packers, ensuring proper packing, labeling, and handling of products.
+ Monitor machine performance during the shift and promptly address basic operational issues or escalate concerns when necessary.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with GMP and facility standards.
