BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Machine Operator (Before Scalding) to operate and monitor equipment in the early stages of the poultry processing line specifically the machinery used before scalding. This includes shackling stunning and ensuring the proper flow and handling of live poultry in compliance with animal welfare safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor the Giblet Line to ensure proper removal of internal organs.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure a continuous flow of poultry through the Giblet line.
• Perform quality checks to ensure offals are properly eviscerated/segregated and meet standards.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of the Giblet Line/Gizzard machine to meet hygiene regulations.
