For the Machine Operator role, we welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the CNC industry. CNC Machine Operator (Freshers Welcome) The Operator is responsible for the physical setup and running of the machine. No prior experience is required for this role; we provide on-the-job training. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or ITI/Technical certification (Mechanical/Machine trade) is preferred. Skills: Basic computer knowledge and a strong mechanical aptitude. Attributes: High attention to detail, punctuality, and a commitment to workshop safety. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload raw materials (wood, acrylic, etc.) onto the machine bed.
