**Job Description**
The production operator works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment as part of a dynamic team. In this role, you support the machine operator and team lead by loading materials, feeding rolls of paper into machines, and helping ensure production goals are consistently met. You handle general production tasks such as packaging, inspection, and material handling while following clear work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work closely with the team lead and machine operator to support daily production activities.
+ Feed rolls of paper into production machines and monitor the flow of paper throughout the process.
+ Check for and clear paper jams safely to maintain continuous machine operation.
+ Load and unload raw materials, including moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
