In this role, youll operate advanced roll forming lines to manufacture metal profiles including uprights based on exact design specifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a fully automated roll forming line (uncoiler, straightener, punching press, roll former, cutting press).

  • Set up and adjust machine settings based on production orders (via ERP/SAP).

  • Load and change coils in coordination with crane/bridge operators.

  • Perform hourly and per-coil quality checks (length, thickness, perforations, etc.).
