**Machine Operator II**
**Job Description**
The Machine Operator II is an experienced production team member who sets up, operates, monitors, and troubleshoots manufacturing equipment while maintaining high standards of product quality, safety, and production efficiency. This role carries increased technical responsibility and independence, including performing advanced machine functions, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting with training less experienced operators.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment to meet specific production requirements and schedules.
+ Monitor machine performance continuously and make process adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency and consistent product quality.
+ Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Conduct basic troubleshooting on equipment to identify and resolve minor mechanical or process issues.
