Machine Assembly Technician (Skilled)
Location: Marion, IN
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $27–$31/hour (based on experience)

This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical experience who can confidently assemble, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery with minimal supervision.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assemble and build industrial machinery from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Perform rebuilds, repairs, and mechanical adjustments on existing equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Read and interpret schematics, layouts, and installation instructions
  • Conduct testing, alignment, and final machine checkouts
