Full-time Accounting / Finance

Key Responsibilities: Identify, originate, and develop new client relationships. Prepare pitch presentations, case studies, and business development materials. Screen prospective clients and evaluate new transaction opportunities. Negotiate and secure advisory mandates. Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction structuring. Prepare information memoranda, teasers, and transaction marketing documentation. Lead transaction negotiations and coordinate with legal advisors throughout execution. Manage transactions from origination through to successful completion. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with colleagues across regional offices and cross-border teams. Contribute to business development and sector-focused marketing initiatives. Mentor and develop junior team members.
