M365 Tech Lead (Mandarin requirement)
Urgent M365 hiring with multiple headcounts in KLYour new company
You will be joining an MNC IT Services Company that has recently won a huge Global project. They are currently looking for multiple headcounts of M365 Tech Leads to join their office in KL.
Your new role
You will lead technical escalations and provide expert-level troubleshooting regarding M365 and SCIM
You will mentor and support a team of technical M365 engineers and ensure they meet the client's target, monitor the team's performance and KPI.
You will review backlog cases on daily basic to ensure cases are follow up as per SLA
You will demonstrate excellent knowledge on M365 products (mainly on AD, AAD, Teams, Sharepoint, DNS etc).
