Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of marketing and execution materials such as teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct industry and company research, prepare market and comparable benchmarks, and support valuation analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the team throughout ongoing processes.
