M&E Manager | £65m Landmark Commercial Retrofit & Extension | Central London
Our client, a leading Main Contractor, has retained us to recruit an experienced M&E Manager for one of Central London's most technically challenging and prestigious commercial refurbishment projects.
This flagship £65m retrofit and extension will transform a historic office building into over 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, combining the restoration of the existing structure with innovative engineering and sustainable construction methods.
The project includes:
* Major cut & carve refurbishment works
* Infilling of an existing central atrium
* Construction of two additional floors
* A striking rooftop extension and terrace incorporating a state-of-the-art cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure
* Extensive structural alterations
* High-specification CAT A commercial fit-out
