At Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud (a sister brand company of Tiara Hana), we believe every guest journey begins long before check-in. As our Luxury Travel Advisor, you will become the first trusted point of contact for guests who discover our resort through digital marketing campaigns, social media, our website, and direct inquiries.
Rather than simply answering booking questions, you will inspire confidence, understand each guest's travel dreams, recommend personalized experiences, and guide them toward making a reservation.
You are naturally warm, energetic, engaging, and genuinely enjoy talking to people. You know how to make every conversation feel personal instead of transactional.
