Elevate the guest journey as the Luxury Guest Experience Manager at CheckMate Artisanal Winery. This role is pivotal in curating personalized and memorable experiences that reflect our winery's exceptional standards.
As the on-property leader, you'll guide the overall success of guest experience initiatives at CheckMate. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in luxury hospitality, exceptional storytelling capabilities, and a keen understanding of guest needs. Your role will include coaching team members and ensuring top-notch service delivery while fostering growth and member retention.
