Job Description
Silversea is seeking a guest service representative for their operations in Baja California Sur, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in guest-facing roles, preferably in an international luxury establishment, and must demonstrate excellent administrative skills and moral integrity.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional service at the reception desk, addressing guest inquiries promptly, and managing daily financial transactions. Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French are highly desirable.
