Responsibilities
- Responsible for closing and locking up the building.
- Follows day end guidelines and prepares the spa for the next day.
- Leads front desk staff and licensed providers as needed, ensuring proper protocols and recognizing staff for performance.
- Handles all guests with professionalism, providing Above and Beyond Service and opportunities to improve guest experiences.
- Greets guests, answers phones, collects payments, provides service recommendations, and maintains a pleasant presence.
