Job Description
Wynn Al Marjan Island is actively seeking a Concierge to join the resort’s Concierge Services team. The role focuses on answering calls, assisting guests with reservations and service requests, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver exceptional Forbes Five Star service.
Ideal candidates will have call centre or customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
