Job Description
CHANEL is seeking a Client Service Advisor to act as the first point of contact for clients, providing premium support across phone, WhatsApp and email. You will deliver the CHANEL experience with quality, trust and empathy, ensuring client inquiries are resolved with a refined, luxury touch.
You will build long-term relationships, leverage product knowledge, and escalate complex cases when needed to Senior Client Service Advisors.
