Job Description
Become a Boat Captain at Fox Harb’r Resort and navigate the breathtaking Northumberland Strait. Provide excellent guest service while managing our fleet of luxury vessels in a prestigious setting.
Reporting to the Resort President, your primary responsibility will be to operate our inspected passenger vessels safely and promote an enjoyable experience for our guests. With your expertise in ship handling, you will also manage crew safety training and ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations. This role requires flexibility, as you will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage safe operations of passenger vessels
• Conduct safety training and emergency drills
• Supervise crew members in marine transport
• Keep meticulous records as per company policy
• Foster a positive guest experience on board
