**What You Will Do**
**一、状态监测与EHS管理（Condition Monitoring & EHS）**
负责公司关键动设备的振动监测、润滑管理及状态评估工作。
确保所有监测与维护活动符合公司EHS及工艺安全（PSM）要求。
识别设备潜在故障风险（如轴承损伤、不平衡、不对中等），并推动措施落实。
支持安全审核、EHS检查及问题整改闭环。
**二、振动分析与设备诊断（Vibration Analysis & Diagnostics）**
执行振动数据采集、分析及趋势判断，出具分析报告。
对异常振动设备进行故障诊断并提出维修建议。
建立及优化设备振动基线与报警标准。
