ABOUT THE ROLE
Orr Toyota of Searcy is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Lube Bay Technician to join our high-performance service team. In this role, you'll deliver fast, thorough lubrication services while supporting our commitment to a standardized, waste-free workflow. We operate using Toyota Express Maintenance lean principles — meaning every technician plays a key role in keeping our bays moving efficiently and our customers returning with confidence.
