Job Description
Amergis Healthcare has a contract opportunity for an LPN to provide services to a veteran population at facilities in Wappinger Falls, NY and Montrose, NY.

**Qualifications:**
+ Active, unrestricted LPN license in any state
+ 1 year experience in a nursing home, long term care facility, or psychiatric setting
**Schedule:** Full time 12 or 8 hour shifts, shift options include 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, or 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM
**Duration:** 1 year with possible extension
