Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for a Per Diem LPN to join outpatient OBGYN Office in Watertown.

The LPN supports patients and providers in a fast-paced specialty practice focused on Women's Health.

What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with our physicians and the care team to coordinate care and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.

• Responsible for caring for OBGYN patients, triage, speaking with patients regarding test results, scheduling follow up appointments and acting as a liaison between the physician and patient
