Shift: Rotating Days/Nights, Every Other Weekend
Status: Full Time (36 hours/week)
Sign-On Bonus Details:$12,500 available for LPNs with a minimum of one year of experience
$10,000 available for LPNs with less than one year of experience (includes GPNs) Responsibilities
+ Provide safe, compassionate nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, UPMC policies, and Pennsylvania State Practice Act.
+ Assess patient needs, contribute to care planning, implement treatments, and evaluate patient outcomes.
+ Communicate changes in patient condition and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
+ Administer treatments and perform clinical duties, including IV therapy, in accordance with LPN practice guidelines.
+ Develop and maintain individualized plans of care that support patient-centered, holistic care.
