Job Description
OPENLANE seeks a Lot Assistant to manage vehicle inventory and ensure operational efficiency in the automotive field. This role combines organizational prowess with customer service skills.
As part of the OPENLANE team, you'll be responsible for the timely preparation of vehicles for auction and maintaining an orderly lot. Your experience in vehicle coordination will help strengthen customer relationships while assisting other departments in priority tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Ensure vehicles are ready for auction and functioning properly
ā¢ Maintain accurate service records for billing
ā¢ Assist in staging vehicles for transport and reconditioning
ā¢ Take photos of vehicles after services
ā¢ Help customers retrieve their vehicles
Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 1 year in a relevant role
ā¢ High School diploma or equivalent is necessary
ā¢ Valid Class 5 Driversā license required
ā¢ Basic computer and smartphone skills
