Job Summary
Integon is a part of The Allstate Corporation, and the Loss Drafts Senior Associate is responsible for facilitating achievement of service level agreements by mentoring peers, reviewing, verifying and processing complex insurance‐related documentation and updating the system of record as required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance insurance operations skills and knowledge by participating in cross‐training and taking personal initiative for learning additional procedures to support multiple workflows and assist with complex, critical and time‐sensitive processes.
Optimize individual performance and development by setting work‐related goals, tracking personal achievements, soliciting feedback and collaborating with management to report on success and identify actionable improvement strategies.
